Requirements:

*Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment to turn out large quantities of bagels under time constraints. *Bake Bagels, Assorted breads, Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Danish and other pastries *Ability to read and use recipes precisely to ensure consistent quality of baked goods. *Ability to use of scales, scoops, measuring tools, mixers *Ability and experience using bagel ovens and proofers as well as other kitchen appliances. *Must have the math or computer skills to recalculate recipes or Bakes as needed or to produce the correct quantity of finished product. *Ensure that ingredients for bagels are ready for use each day. *Work with management to ensure correct quantities and variety of baked goods are being produced daily. *Assist management in planning production schedules. *Ensure cleanliness of baking area. This requires cleaning and sanitizing areas and surfaces as well as baking equipment used during each shift. This also includes mopping floors and cleaning walls that become flour dust full. *Ability to assist in training new bakers that are hired when necessary. *Must have a understanding of food safety and professional hygiene *Able to work flexible schedules, early mornings and weekends *Minimum 1 Year Baking experience preferred *Food handling certification preferred'
Salary Based on Experience
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
