What You’ll Do:
- Program, and integrate Fanuc, Epson, Yaskawa and Mecademic robotic arms into custom automated machinery, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Create and optimize robotic cells in motion planning software's as well as program motion paths for pick-and-place, assembly, material handling, and other automated processes.
- Program and configure robotic controllers (Fanuc, Epson, Yaskawa or similar) to interface with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and other automation components.
- Design and implement robotic safety protocols, including risk assessments, guarding solutions, and safety PLC integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve robotic programming challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure proper hardware selection and integration of robotic components.
- Support the machine build process, including testing, debugging, on-site installation, startup, and customer training.
