StevenDouglas has been exclusively engaged on a Manager of FP&A search in Austin, Texas. This role is on-site, 5 days a week.
The Manager of FP&A is responsible for supporting the CFO in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role involves delivering insightful and action-oriented analyses and reporting, creating financial models, and collaborating across departments to provide actionable recommendations that drive the company’s financial performance and strategic goals.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial planning software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, GAAP, and key business drivers.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a global, tech company preferred.
