What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Admin Assistant position at Stewart Mechanical, Inc.?
SUMMARY
Stewart Mechanical, Inc. will be hiring a full time administrative assistant position for their front office. The job duties will entail answering phones, filing, data entry for AP and AR as well as some payroll functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will involve general AP data entry and statement reconciliation, coordinating with suppliers and general contractors for conditional and unconditional lien release tracking. This includes credit card receipt tracking and reconciliation, maintenance of the Safety Meeting log. As payroll support, Admin will be initially responsible for certified payroll distribution, emailing and filing, and will eventually receive full payroll training.
There will be some assisting with maintaining HR files and documentation. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, have a basic understanding of standard Microsoft Office programs and at least one accounting program. People and language skills are a must.
