Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers

- Process returns and exchanges
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail role preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, technology sales, or technical sales is beneficial
- Knowledge of product demonstrations and the ability to effectively showcase product features
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in operating cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
