We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Stewart’s Distribution and Manufacturing Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow within the Human Resources field.

- Review Plant applications as well as schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews.
- Set up online onboarding and conduct new hire orientations.
- Track, edit and review our employee performance management program.
- Assist with explaining health benefits and participate in ESOP enrollment meetings.
- Coordinate monthly training seminars.
- Communicate payroll changes so the Corporate office can process in payroll system.
- Provide general administrative support with researching competitor pay and benefits, employee file maintenance, tracking and following up on personnel information.
- 2 years professional HR experience preferably focused on recruiting and onboarding.
- Capability to read applicants during the interview process and assist department managers with hiring decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in a Distribution/Manufacturing environment is a plus.
