- Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Virginia as required
- Conduct legal research, review case materials, and draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful case management while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, contributing to case strategies and updates
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Well-organized and capable of multi-tasking effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a large caseload while adhering to strict deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
- Delaware
- Michigan
- Connecticut
- New Hampshire
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- Washington, D.C
