Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide assistance with ambulation and transfers.
- Perform routine vital signs and other nursing care procedures as directed by the nurse.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Document observations, treatments, and other pertinent information in the resident's medical record.
- Understand the needs of geriatric patients and provide appropriate care.
