About Us: STMW Manufacturing is a provider of premier Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Welding and Assembly in Central Texas. We provide precision quality parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers (CMs) in the telecommunication, semi-conductor and automotive industries with on time delivery.
We have 1 location with two building totaling 20,000 square ft. We have 3 additional acres behind our existing infrastructure for expansion. Building 3 will host a total of 50,000 square feet and will begin construction in the Fall 2023.

We are seeking 1 qualified candidate available to work on the following days and times:
· 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. , may be required to stay late to complete projects.
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant performs general clerical tasks, generally on behalf of the owners and VP’s in the organization. If you are highly motivated and organized, then this might just be the job for you. Day-to-day life as an executive assistant includes coordinating various meetings, taking phone calls and messages, sending emails, prepping for large meetings and presentations, capturing notes in meetings, and many other related tasks.
Executive assistants are typically outgoing and friendly people who work well with many leadership personality types. Strong administrative assistants excel at organization, management of multiple peoples' time and expectations, and have a self-starter attitude, getting things done before others recognize the need.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage communication to Customer’s on behalf of the company.
· Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
· Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
· Data entry and tracking.
· Flexible and able to multi-task.
· Ability to handle multiple business units, projects, and priorities.
· Manage office administrative tasks on behalf of supervisors.
· Prepare and distribute necessary administrative documents such as reports and memos.
· Create, manage and maintain systems.
· Work independently and problem solve while communicating updates to the owners and VP’s.
· Tech savvy.
· Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in business administration preferred.
· 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (must be strong in Excel)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
· High degree of attention to detail
· Data entry and reporting experience
