Position General Responsibilities:
Position requires development of new/existing banking relationships as well as assisting the Branch Manager in the management of the entire branch commercial loan portfolio. Is responsible for providing direct feedback to the Branch Manager on overall Bank functions and will assist with retail loans, including real estate, real estate construction, and personal loans.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.
2. A minimum of seven to ten years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, obtaining and monitoring government guarantees, proper structuring and pricing of Commercial loans and collections.
3. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access or related software.
4. Solid understanding/knowledge of SBA and MBOI lending programs.
5. Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.
6. Strong desire to increase Stockman Bank market-share by developing networks and contacts, community involvement and participation and diligent work ethic.
7. Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.
8. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Dimension of Job:
Provide direct feedback to the Branch Manager on overall Bank functions.
