Server/Bartender

Full-time time availability preferred. Potential for moving into a Lead position with full-time availability.

Come join our Team @ Stolen Sun Craft Brewing and Roasting Company in the heart of Exton PA. We are looking for happy and qualified servers and bartenders. We're currently open Wednesday-Sunday. 1-year experience in the restaurant business is required. Knowledge of craft beer and food is preferred. Availability is important. We have full and part-time availability and opportunity to grow. Weekend and night work is required, plus that's when you make your money. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing, food handling, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of hospitality and food service industry standards
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
