Role Description
This role will seek strategic business opportunities, cultivating new relationships designed to expand profitability; building upon and maintaining client relationships; creating a network of sources from which to identify leads; ensuring client satisfaction through concierge service and attention to clients' unique requirements. This role will handle residential & commercial projects, with a focus on high-end residential.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and leadership for the sales of residential and commercial projects.
- Identify opportunities for the company to meet strategic business growth goals.
- Maintain communication with prospective clients through the selling and construction process.
- Help buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire buying process.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise throughout the process and after project completion.
- Maintain communication with existing and previous clients, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Prepare detailed reports of sales activities; Document in CRM.
- Networking and community involvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Keen knowledge of the construction process
- Ability to create connections with clients that may become long-term during
- FL Real Estate License
