Dental Patient Experience Coordinator – Full Time Benefits!

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently
Accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information
Collect copays and deductibles at time of service
Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive office environment
Resolve patient concerns with empathy and clarity
Qualifications:
Preferred 1 year of paid Dental Front Office experience (externships not included)
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone and communication etiquette
A compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
Commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient
