Job Description
Position: Dining Room Supervisor Shift: 11am-8:30pm, 4 Days/Week ( /- 36 hours per week) Pay Starting At: $21 - $23 per hour, based on ability and previous professional experience

Set on thirty-two beautiful acres less than 2 miles from Olde Mystic Village, our campus boasts 2 fine-dining restaurants with views of rolling greens, flower beds, a fire pit, multiple indoor fireplaces, and an outdoor seating patio. Our kitchens pride themselves in delivering an exceptional dining experience by serving Executive-Chef crafted dishes that utilize only the finest of seasonal ingredients from locally sourced partners, offering daily specials, weekly menu changes, staple meal items, salads, and deserts. StoneRidge is now seeking a passionate, talented, and experienced Line Cook to join our team and help us continue to provide the best service!

Qualifications
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience in “front of the house operations” within restaurant, hotel, club or similar institution is highly preferred.
- Post Secondary Education in hospitality management or dining room operations preferred.
- Ability to professionally manage dining room personnel, staffing issues/ call-outs, conflicts, and prepare for/supervise functions in a timely manner.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and social skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, patients, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, subordinates and other outside contacts.
- Ability to serve and/or lead on the floor when necessary.
- Ability to control inventory, track low items, and order when necessary.

- Exact benefit offered depends on employment classification (part or full time).
- Supervises the physical appearance of the dining room and waitress stations including table pedestals, chairs, rugs, drapes, flooring tiles, light fixtures, etc.
- Supervises the appearance of dining room tables, including table linens, napkins, silverware, table setup, centerpieces, etc.
- Supervises Dining Room personnel on all shifts, staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of Dining Room Staff.
- Assists in training all Dining Room personnel.
- Assigns specific job and spot checking to ensure standards are met.
