Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing accurate information regarding services offered.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications
