The Stonington Institute, located in North Stonington, Connecticut is seeking a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) for a detox and residential military program. The new associate will partner with a cohesive multidisciplinary team of behavioral healthcare professionals comprised of psychiatrists, PMHNPs, registered nurses, masters-prepared counselors and mental health technicians. The position offers a Monday through Friday, day shift schedule. No call requirement. Double boarded family and psychiatric nurse practitioner candidates are highly preferred.
The Stonington Institute is located in the southeast corner of CT in New London County. North Stonington community living is the safest of the safe with city access just 40 minutes away. North Stonington is a commutable distance from Westerly, Newport and Providence, RI. It is easily accessible by I-95 and state roads.
