Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries and supporting overflow sales calls. This role requires a responsive, customer-focused individual who consistently delivers outstanding service. Acting as a key ambassador of the company, you will help maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive customer journey at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities – You Will:
- Take ownership of customer service inquiries and identify the best solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a 95% inbound call answer rate at all times.
- Monitor support queues and address customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Report operational issues and flag areas where procedures are not being followed.
- Answer rollover calls from the sales center using approved scripts to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Manage customer credits and assist in claim resolution.
- Support ad hoc operational projects and assignments as directed by the Call Center Supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications – You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle customer conflict and resolve issues effectively
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers
