Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, quality control, and shipping
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
Manage team schedules, performance, and workflow to meet company productivity goals
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors and internal departments for timely restocking
Oversee order fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction for B2B deliveries
Report to upper management with updates on facility performance and logistics KPIs
Requirements
3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or facility management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory software and logistics platforms
Ability to lift and move products (when required)
