The Jr IT Associate work with SMEs and leverage knowledge of sample environments below to customize and create application solutions. This role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

- One year plus Information Technology related work experience.
- Ability to receive IT training and obtain necessary certifications post-training.
- Ability to be a quick learner and possess "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to perform Independently and/or in a team environment.
- Ability to support senior Business Intelligence(BI) technicians.
- Ability to research and discover solution to problems.
- Ability to work with other team members working on Business Intelligence, Database related activities.
- Ability to work with vendor Tech support ( i.e. SAP, Oracle etc..)
- Demonstrate problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Sound research and analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems and formulate solutions; appropriate to current policy and communication strategies.
- Proven ability to cope with and perform effectively in a demanding environment, giving close attention to detail and accuracy, while meeting tight deadlines.
