As a Field Supervisor at Storm Restorations of America, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of roofing projects in the field. You will manage crews, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and work closely with both clients and team members to deliver top-tier results. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage roofing crews on-site, ensuring proper performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or project updates.
Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure job sites are properly stocked and organized. - Maintain and enforce safety protocols on all job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor roofing crews, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with the project manager to provide updates and ensure the smooth operation of ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the roofing industry 3 years..
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, Class E License preferred.
