Job Overview:
Someone who will bring strong Payments and product management leadership skills which are required to successfully collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and the service ecosystem of partners/customers to identify and build core platform-level product capabilities around company flagship service.
✅Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes for handling payment reversals within the payment network
- Design and maintain a comprehensive disputes framework within the payment network ecosystem.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize payment logic algorithms to improve transaction success rates and reduce failures.
- Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to identify opportunities for enhancing payment routing and decision-making processes.
- Conduct a thorough review of existing network and product rules governing payment transactions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and business development teams to define product strategies and priorities.
✅Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in payment processing methods including card network, ACH, check, virtual cards, digital wallets, and international payments.
- 5 years product management experience, with proven experience driving forward-thinking vision and payments product roadmap operating at significant scale
- Deep understanding of payment network infrastructure, including transaction processing, authorization, and settlement.
- Proven track record of driving product initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment networks is a plus.
