Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for an RN in the Emergency Services department.
The registered nurse position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in assigned units. The registered nurse maintains accountability for his/her own practice and delegates/provides direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of experience and expertise.
Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing, current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin in good standing, and current CPR certification. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is required every two years. Epic training will be provided. 1 year of Medical/Surgical, ICU, or ER Experience.
