Job Details What you will do Warehouse Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Controls warehouse flow by coordinating movement of product from the initial receiving of the product to put-a-ways. The coordinator position is a multifunctional opportunity. The Warehouse Coordinator position must be well versed in all business operations of the warehouse, and must be proficient with the receiving, shipping, documentation, and put-a-way processes of the warehouse. How you will do it Warehouse Coordinator Job Duties: Checks all product into the warehouse via spreadsheet; loading/unloading and moving product. Receives outside product in BBI Makes sure that the warehouse remains organized, and parts are stored accordingly. Ensures that no FLOD is left at the end of the shift. Prepares product for deliver/shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems. Provides top customer service by responding to emails, text messages, or calls in a timely manner. Troubleshoots and resolves issues Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports, walking the aisles for accuracy, adjusting entries. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Makes deliveries and pickups if needed schedules and communicates with members of all departments. Provides daily feedback to Warehouse Manager Assists with day-to-day operations throughout the entire DC. Takes ownership of those areas as needed. This person is responsible for the maintenance and daily upkeep of all departments. Knowledge in the warehouse functions and procedures of: Inbound receiving and put away, auditing and quality control, inventory, order management and shipping dock processes. They must be meticulous with their organizational skills. A minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution site is preferred.
