StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time Program Analyst to support a Major NAVAIR
Weapons Program. The Program Analyst provides Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management for a major Department of Defense Weapons Accelerated Acquisition Program. This category does not require a technical degree but does require working with engineers and the ability to understand technical concepts. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a very dynamic, fast-paced classified environment. Duties require working closely with systems engineers and Program Managers to assist in identifying risks to Program cost, schedule and performance, assist in the development of mitigation plans and time lines for minimizing those risks, working with Master Planners to incorporate mitigation plans into the Program Integrated Master Schedule, track the completion of mitigation steps, prepare Executive briefing materials, support Program reviews and routine Program meeting schedule. The candidate must do the same regarding identifying and tracking Opportunities for cost avoidance and accelerating scheduled milestones. The successful candidate must be familiar with Risk and Opportunity management best practices,
Integrated Master Schedules, and general NAVAIR weapons systems acquisition programs and practices. The candidate will be able to quickly understand complex problem sets related to alternative solutions and strategies and be able to assist Program personnel in developing mitigation or capture plans for risks and opportunities, respectively. The candidate will also be expected to
facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management Boards. The ability to prepare concise and targeted briefing content and deliver "to the point" presentations to decision makers is a must.

Experience Requirement:
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the acquisition process to include SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254.
- Demonstrated experience in the tracking of program/project contract statuses.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing requirements, reviewing/writing statements of work (SOWs), analyzing and monitoring progress of tasks and actions of a dispersed team.
- Experience with the DoD acquisition process and an understanding of basic acquisition terminology and familiarity with NAVINST 5000.21B.
- Demonstrated experience in researching, compiling, tracking and analyzing program technical and/or financial data.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.
- Allowable substitution: an AA/AS degree and an additional 4 years’ experience or no degree and an additional 8 years’ experience.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must currently possess, at a minimum, an Active Secret Level Federal Security Clearance
