We are a single doctor orthodontic specialty practice located in Clearwater, FL looking for a professional, vibrant, and skilled Administrative Coordinator to lead our Orthodontic Administrative Team.
The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a natural servant leader, punctual and has a professional demeanor. A positive attitude, confidence, creative tendencies, and self-driven qualities are desired. Administrative experience is required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing administrative operations and leading the admin team. Works in concert with the Clinical Coordinator to achieve the strategic goals of the practice while focusing on a patient-centric model.
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently coordinates the day-to-day execution of administrative operations in the office
- Trains and develops administrative team members while following office training programs/guidelines
- Promotes a practice culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Makes recommendations about admin staff performance appraisals and discipline
- Admin reporting and monitoring of the office KPIs.
- Manages patient communications
- Updates phone system preferences
- Facilitates morning meetings
- Coordinates admin supply ordering
- Communicates with vendors and coordinates day-to-day functions of the office maintenance
- Other management and administrative duties as assigned

- 2 years of administrative/customer service experience (Required)
- Competent in Microsoft programs/applications (Required)
- Dental/Orthodontic Knowledge (Preferred)
- 1 years of management/leadership experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred, Spanish a plus)
