Job description
The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine is a state of the art, integrative, progressive practice established in 2003. We are a growing practice utilizing an integrative medical approach to treat chronic illness and disease, including Mold, Lyme disease and tick borne infections. We provide preventative care and wellness instruction that empowers patients and promotes optimal well-being.
We offer the guidance and expertise of a collaborative staff of medical doctors, licensed multi-disciplinary practitioners including naturopathic doctors, registered dietitian/nutritionist, registered nurses, and support staff.
We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in functional medicine and a clinical background in Lyme disease and tick-borne illnesses is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrative medicine, and eager to help our growing practice flourish. A team-player mindset, along with a strong commitment to patient-centered care, is essential.

Must be licensed in Vermont.
