A respected plaintiff’s law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking a Litigation Associate (1–3 years’ experience) to take full ownership of cases from inception to trial. This is your chance to work on substantial matters—including personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and class actions—while receiving mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.
What You’ll Do
- Manage cases through all stages: pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, and appeal
- Draft briefs, motions, and other critical legal documents
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex issues
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy
What You’ll Bring
- J.D. and active New Jersey Bar admission (required); New York Bar a plus
- 1–3 years of plaintiff or defense litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for trial work and courtroom advocacy
