Wage: $19-$25 Depending on Experience
Duties and responsibilities
• Construction and installation of communication structures, buildings, and generators.
• Antenna installation, mounting, and removal, along with ret systems and azimuth adjustments.
• Installation of grounding, bonding, and lightning protection systems
• Maintaining, managing and organizing tools.
• Must be able to recognize safety hazards and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Must be able to complete basic daily paperwork.
• Communicate orally and in writing.
• Lifting & moving equipment and materials
• Work effectively both individually and with crew members.
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays, Sundays, and evening hours.
• Preforms other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- • 0-2 Years of experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft, adobe, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Be able to obtain CDL within six months of employment.
• Must acquire TTT-1 Certification through NWSA within 12 months of being hired.
• Team Player
• Must pass Vertical Rescue Certification, OSHA 10-Hour and CPR/First Aid training (training provided by Strata Networks)
• Applicant/Employee weight and tools combined may not exceed 420-pound weight limit as specified by the manufacturer of safety equipment.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment.
• The ability to climb tall structures (300 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
• Willingness to take on and learn new tasks.
Working conditions
- Ability to work in extreme environments.
- Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and on call hours.
Physical requirements
The individual must be able to work on infrastructure with a good attitude for long periods, during extreme temperatures, and at all hours of the day when necessary. Must be able to crouch, kneel, twist, reach, grasp, and climb with both hands and legs.
