Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on gratitude and professionalism.
  • Manage daily scheduling, preferences, and cancellations for providers appointments.
  • Accurately import and update data for scheduling and cancellations, performed twice daily.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to all department correspondence via email.
  • Ensure timely filling of vacant shifts to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Actively participate in weekly huddles and departmental meetings to foster communication.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when discussing schedules, shift requests, and changes with providers.
  • Able to work flexible schedule. Open to working weekends with days off during the week.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • 2 years’ experience as a Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills.
  • Qgenda experience a plus!
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
