Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a long-term care facility. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and age-related conditions. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status, document and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, mobility assistance, and managing daily activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatment options, and care techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Participate in care team meetings and contribute to the overall care management process.
Salary : $2,400 - $2,500
