Overview : The U.S. Health and Human Services, Program Support Center on behalf of the Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has a requirement to provide national staffing services. The purpose of this opportunity is to provide professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff in support of various Occupational Health Centers (OHCs) located throughout the United States.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Primary duties and competencies include but are not limited to, entering data into designated FOH MIS systems, reviewing medical records and x-rays and preparing these records for archiving following Medical Records Archiving Policies and Procedures.
- Records, creates, transfers, files and prepares medical records and x-rays for processing or shipping, processes requests for medical records and x-rays from OHCs, agencies or employees, communicates with OHCs, and others regarding medical records, archiving, retrieval and storage issues.
- May assist with other data entry and administrative duties as required.
