Title: Medical Coding Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote/Must be local to Michigan)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Engagement Description
This role will be assisting with the 2024 HEDIS audit. Work hours will be 08:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Some variation on those hours is allowed. There is a mandatory daily 08:45 huddle. Project runs through 05/15/2025. Occasional days off will be approved, but no more than 2 consecutive days and will not be allowed towards the end of the project.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Experience with HEDIS measures
- Experience reviewing medical records
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products especially Excel
- Must be able to learn quickly and be a self-starter
- Must be able to utilize technology independently
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and experience speaking to medical offices
- Experience using Inovalon or other HEDIS data entry program
- CPC-certified professional coder
- Beware of scams. S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process
