Senior Business/Data Analyst
Schedule - 1 day in office/4 days remote- but must reside in Minneapolis, MN
W2 $73-75/hr
6 months with possible extension
Requirements:
- 7 years experience as a strong BA experience working on data projects
- Strong SQL experience and must include: writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries), understanding pseudo SQL code and reverse engineering
- Must have strong data profiling and data analytics, Metadata, data governance and data lineage experience
- Candidates must have experience gathering and documenting requirements and experience leading requirements sessions.
- Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories
- Must be able to document data / process flows
- Experience needed in data controls and data governance
- Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments
- Process Improvements experience
