What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strathmore Middle Literacy Intervention Teacher (5-8) position at Strathmore Union Elementary?
Literacy Intervention Teacher will, under supervision of the site administrator or designee, perform a wide variety of specialized and responsible tasks including the implementation of the school curriculum based on the grade level taught, facilitating student success in academic and interpersonal skills. In addition to the required knowledge of a Teacher, the Literacy Intervention Teacher will have knowledge of: District reading assessments; strategies for involving and working with parents of identified students, and more.
