Installation Scheduling and Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate installations, repairs and warranty jobs with builders, homeowners, warranty personnel and installers
• Direct warranty team to inspect and ensure quality of all installations and conduct warranty repair assessments as needed
• Provide customer service and support to new construction customers

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 years’ experience in scheduling, installation or customer service role in residential construction industry, knowledge of cabinets and flooring a definite plus
• Must be extremely fluent in excel and comfortable with technology
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes and specifications
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Excellent communication skills
