The Operations Manager serves as a key leader within a regional territory, this position holds primary responsibility for the financial, operational, and logistical management of the defined territory.Essential Job Function
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Drives strategic financial management and meticulous planning for project costs within the territory, optimizing utilization rates.
- Ensures training programs and project documentations are accurate and complete
- Reviews paperwork sent to customers
- Monitors receiving and shipping activities at project locations
- Facilitates tours and customer visits
- Reports customer complaints
- Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels
- Collaborates in crafting innovative company procedures and championing compliance standards.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and project team
- Manages location teams and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in a dynamic field.
- Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing and supervising diverse teams of salaried and hourly personnel.
- Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Professional
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
