Essential Functions
- Assists with space and equipment for all classes and summer camps (fall, spring, and summer session classes; summer camps; and summer intensives).
- Serves as liaison to resolve calendar conflicts and suggests solutions.
- In coordination with Conservatory Production, maintains inventory of classroom supplies and equipment.
- Assists with student escorting and pick up/drop off as requested.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment as a dynamic and supportive team member.
- Flexible schedule and available to work nights and weekends.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Experience with theater equipment is a plus.

- Ability to move event materials or theatrical equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Work regularly requires traversing and ascending/descending; approximately 50% of performance facility is reachable only by stairs or ladder.
- Ability to identify and communicate audio/visual difficulties occurring during events/productions.
- Some work may be completed in low light areas and/or areas of restricted access.
- May operate electrical or sound equipment.
- Position occasionally requires work in areas where hazardous materials (e.g., spray paint or cleansers) are present.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be stationary and communicate using a telephone.
- The nature of this job requires the employee work on-site as a regular work routine.
