What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler Technician position at Stream-Flo?

Key position functions include:
• Responsible for material handling of product from incoming receiving to work order picking.
• Pull all material required for work orders and place into proper locations per schedule priority and/or instruction.
• Unload, sort, inspect and put away incoming material as per receiving instructions.
• Ensure processes, lifting devices and forklift operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations and are carried out in a conscientious manner.
• Check to ensure material picked for work orders is correct.
• Ensure proper and timely flow of necessary paperwork.
• Ensure repair parts and labor is recorded appropriately.
• Expedite shipment of equipment.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Detail oriented, strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Electric stand-up forklift experience required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Self motivated, good organizational skills, and able to work independently.
