First and foremost, the SSM’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio. Additionally, the SSM orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to the studio’s revenue goals. Prior sales experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred but not required.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door, scheduling all consultations, answering the phone and addressing client concerns.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all clients and team members.
