What You’ll Do:
Lead Sales & Studio Management
- Drive membership sales through strong customer relationships, ensuring each new and returning client feels welcome and valued
- Coach and motivate your Sales Associates to meet and exceed their goals while upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Lead by example—promoting Stretch Zone’s services, conducting consultations, and driving retail add-ons
- Monitor studio KPIs, working with the General Manager to track progress and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute local events (health fairs, free stretch days, wellness workshops, and grand openings) to boost awareness and drive traffic to the studio
- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print materials
- Build relationships with local businesses and influencers to create cross-promotions and community partnerships
- Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution, from setup to breakdown
- Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Team Leadership & Development
- Foster a positive team environment by providing mentorship, training, and continuous support to your sales team
- Keep the team motivated to exceed sales targets and maintain high customer retention
- Ensure the studio operates smoothly, adhering to Stretch Zone’s guidelines and offering an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Leadership Experience: 3 years in a sales-driven role (preferably fitness, wellness, or service industries preferred). Can confidently connect with all guests and convert them to members after their first session.
- Event Marketing Experience: Proven ability to plan, promote, and execute local events that drive awareness and sales
- Organizational Skills: You’re a multitasker who thrives on managing both day-to-day operations and large-scale marketing campaigns. Being driven and competitive by holding your staff accountable to exceeding all sales goals
- Passion for Wellness: A deep appreciation for health, fitness, and mobility—ideally with knowledge of stretching or a fitness background
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media and marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing, Google Ads)
- Flexible Schedule: Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and peak studio hours
