Front Desk Manager and Administrative Assistant
Compensation
$12 Hourly. 35 - 40 hours/week

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business.

Daily Responsibility Include:
Reception:
- Warmly greet new and existing clients
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Cultivate friendly, high energy, positive, atmosphere
-Assisting other staff with daily tasks
Scheduling:
- Communicate and responding to new leads
- Communicate with existing clients
Clerical:
- Assist in keeping track of the pace of clients programs
- Assist with taking payments and filling out agreements
- Assist in managing past dues and renewals
Miscellaneous:
- Meet with manager to communicate store operation
- Help maintain a clean and organized studio
