You must have a thorough knowledge of human anatomy, a Kinesiology Grad or Sports and Exercise Science degree, or have current certification in one of the following: Massage or Neuromuscular Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy Aide, Personal Trainer with NASM or ACE.

Responsibilities:
- Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
- Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking member's goals
- Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service eg, participate in making "Reels"
- Clean and maintain all equipment t ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Requirements:
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client, desired
- Fitness certification required from any of the areas mentioned above or a graduate in Kinesiology, or other Exercise degrees
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
- Must be available to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program™, which includes 10 hours of online tutorials prior to FTP and log 20 hours of practice.
