Your Role: Be the Studio’s Heartbeat
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first impression and lasting connection for every guest. Your energy and care will turn intro sessions into memberships—and members into loyal fans.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and schedule intro sessions
- Deliver engaging studio tours and compelling intro experiences
- Convert visitors into members by communicating the benefits of assisted stretching
- Handle objections with empathy and always prioritize client goals
- Promote retail products and service upgrades that support each client’s wellness journey
Client Experience & Studio Operations
- Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from the front desk
- Manage daily tasks including phones, scheduling, check-ins, and payments
- Support your team wherever needed—from maintaining cleanliness to jumping in during busy hours
- Keep the studio organized, clean, and guest-ready at all times
- Use tools like ClubReady to track leads and manage the sales pipeline
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist with local outreach and community events to attract new clients
- Support studio social media and content creation to reflect our vibrant brand
- Represent StretchLab with professionalism and pride—both in the studio and in the community
Who You Are
- Experience in sales or front desk roles within a service-driven business (fitness, wellness, spa, salon, etc.)
- Confident making calls and following a structured sales process
- Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable using CRM or scheduling tools
- Outgoing, empathetic, and great at putting others at ease—especially beginners
- A team player who’s proactive, resourceful, and eager to support
- Available for 20–25 hours/week, including at least one weekend day
- Local to Sea Girt or able to commute reliably
- Motivated by commissions and performance-based bonuses
