Lube Technician

Strickland Brother's 10 Minute Oil Change is expanding and looking for multiple Oil Change Technicians to join our team! We have a very thorough training regimen and will train on-site, so no experience needed. We only ask that you be at least 18 years of age, be valid to work in the U.S. and have a willingness to learn, succeed and grow with us!

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid driver's license

• Customer service background is preferred.

• Prior quick lube experience is welcome but not required.

• Basic technology experience is required.

• Should also have excellent people skills as our position requires frequent customer interaction

• Transportation is required.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus!

Our Lube Technicians need to be team players, detail-oriented, and strive for customer satisfaction with each customer. As a lube technician, you will be responsible for changing oil on customers vehicles while following our service procedures.

Complete Strickland Brothers University with-in 30 days of being hired ($50 bonus at completion)
