Position Summary:
Strider is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This critical role is a high-trust, high-impact position that will our Finance and Revenue teams operate smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who thrives on thinking multiple steps ahead, proactively identifies and solves challenges before they're felt, and enables the broader team to achieve key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring structure to a complex and fast-paced environment, act as a trusted partner, and ultimately help key leaders and teams stay focused on the most critical priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and proactively manage complex schedules for the CFO and CRO, anticipating needs, making high-quality decisions about meeting priorities, and ensuring each day is purposeful and productive.
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper—managing workflows, protecting time, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Drive efficiencies in communication and timely follow-ups.
- Serve as trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings by gathering background materials, creating agendas, and otherwise ensuring leaders are equipped to optimize for effective decision-making.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding items—acting as an extension of your executives by coordinating directly with cross-functional leaders and teams.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring trust and integrity in all communications and actions.
- Coordinate seamless and productive travel (domestic and international), including logistics, agendas, security, and contingency planning.
- Enable team operations and effectiveness by managing key planning activities, recurring business cadences, regular rhythm-of-business reporting and dashboards, executive and board reporting cycles, and occasional special projects or events, all with a high standard of quality, speed, and attention to detail
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably to multiple senior leaders in a high-growth, tech, international business environment.
- A high degree of ownership and bias for action; you don't wait to be asked, you anticipate, plan, and execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills giving you the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization, and with a service-oriented and professional approach.
- Business judgment and prioritization skills that enable you to know when to escalate, when to protect time, and how to balance competing priorities and needs.
- Expert organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams); experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
- Proven success in managing sensitive information with confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
- A collaborative, calm-under-pressure mindset and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
