What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager Car Wash/4560 Sherwood Way/Sunset position at Stripes Convenience Store?
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting management with overall Car Wash conditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and store profitability. Fosters a coaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. The Assistant Manager is generally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Gen/Store Manager, with the exception of a day a week. Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in matters of significance.
