Job description
We are looking for a Community Health Program Manager to lead a new project related to community well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related fields
- 5 Years Experience working in an office environment
- Proficient in all Office Software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Public speaking and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program team members, providing direction, support, and guidance to achieve program goals
- Prepare communication materials and make presentation to clients
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Provide data-driven recommendations on how to improve programs to better serve the intended population
- Estimate costs for community program services delivered
- Maintain receipts and invoice records electronically in database and hard copies as necessary
- Communicate with community-based organizations to assess project impact and facilitate recruitment of partners
- Assess program effectiveness based on data-driven metrics and suggest methods of improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program progress and success, and implement strategies for improvement
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for quality management and quality control
- Create policies and procedures for processing any complaints or grievances, including those made by participants, employees, and participants
- Implement automation where possible to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Prepare action plans, analyze risks and opportunities relevant to the growth of the program
- Track and manage areas of improvement and work with program performance
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned on various community health programs
