We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to proactively manage our supply base of raw material and sourced finished goods vendors. We have a team of friendly and effective buyers who make sure we have what we need when we need it. Now we need a manager who can analyze our spend, find opportunities to reduce it, and execute.

What we’re looking for:
- Manages team of buyers in day-to-day activities and development.
- Ensures raw material and sourced finished goods availability to meet production requirements.
- Continuously analyzes for cost effectiveness with all vendors to meet company savings initiatives.
- Creates savings program to offset annual wage inflation.
- Manages the relationship with all current vendors ensuring they adhere to agreed upon terms and dates through vendor scorecards or other measurement strategies.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with new vendors and updating contracts with current vendors.
- Work with cross functional partners to identify new /updated materials, parts, or other supplies.
- Understands changes and fluctuations in the supply chain through market analysis and research that can impact the cost and/or production.
- Creates and manages processes with ERP systems and audits to ensure compliance.
- Someone who wants to physically be a part of a winning team. This is a 100% on-site position.
Required education and experience:
- 7 years’ experience of sourcing and procuring in a manufacturing environment.
- 2-4 years of management experience.
- Understanding of the Toyota Production System and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, MBA preferred.
