Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, policy information, and claims processing. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer needs efficiently
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
