Your Role in Our Team

Embrace a leadership role as a Financial Strategy Lead within our plant. Champion the finance department, fostering financial stewardship, and innovation. Guide the Plant Manager, Plant Controller, and staff in recognizing performance benchmarks and integrating industry-leading practices.

This pivotal role is based at our manufacturing hub in Salina, Kansas.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure financial efficiency in purchasing, receiving, and shipping alongside inventory oversight. Validate P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
• Lead the charge in creating accurate operating expense forecasts monthly and quarterly.
• Provide crucial support and backup in payroll and financial processes.
• Address outstanding receipts and invoice resolutions.
• Contribute actively during month-end closings with journal entry management.
• Safeguard company assets through diligent routine and periodic physical inventory checks.
• Oversee capital project expenditure requests, monitoring investments and financial returns.
• Collaborate on budgeting, cost assessment, and performance analysis.
• Uphold and enhance accounting accuracy and procedural efficiency.
• Report essential financial data to management regularly.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or similar.
• Advanced financial and analytical acumen.
• Manufacturing sector experience, with a preference for financial oversight.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data effortlessly.
• Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ethical conduct exemplified through integrity-driven experience.
